1. SINOMACH Seiko: Targeting electronic-grade diamonds and increasing investment in high-value tracks

SINOMACH Seiko has invested 380 million yuan in its Xinjiang subsidiary and 378 million yuan in equipment to build functional diamond pilot and mass production lines, focusing on breakthroughs in heat sinks, semiconductor materials and other directions. Its MPCVD technology has achieved a leap from laboratory to million-level sales, and this business may become a core growth pole in the next 3-5 years.

2. Sifangda: Full-chain layout, super factory put into production

Sifangda has built a full industry chain of “equipment research and development-synthetic processing-terminal sales”, and its annual production line of 700,000 carats of functional diamonds is expected to be put into trial production in 2025. Its products cover ultra-precision tools, optical-grade materials and semiconductor heat dissipation devices. In 2023, its 200,000 carat production line will be in stable operation, and the process of technological industrialization will lead the industry.

3. Power Diamond: Mass production of heat dissipation materials, entering the semiconductor track

Relying on the provincial scientific research platform, Power Diamond has made efforts in the fields of third-generation semiconductors, new energy, etc. Its diamond heat dissipation project has entered the mass production stage and has become a strategic reserve business. Chairman Shao Zengming said that the company will deepen its application exploration in cutting-edge fields such as 5G/6G communications and photovoltaics.

4. Huifeng Diamond: Extension of the main business of micropowder to open up consumer electronics scenarios

Huifeng Diamond has developed diamond micropowder composite materials and applied them to mobile phone back panel coatings to improve wear resistance and thermal conductivity. In 2025, it plans to focus on expanding new fields such as semiconductors and optics to cultivate diversified growth points.

5. Wald: Functional materials become the second growth curve

Wald has initially formed a commercial closed loop from CVD equipment to terminal products. Its products such as boron-doped diamond electrodes and pure CVD diamond diaphragms have entered the promotion stage. The technology breakthrough of large-size heat sinks (maximum Ø200mm) is remarkable, and it is expected to gradually increase in volume in the next few years.

According to industry estimates, the market size of semiconductor heat dissipation materials alone may exceed 10 billion yuan in the next five years, and leading companies have already taken the first-mover advantage through self-developed equipment, capacity expansion and full-chain layout.
